We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items not sent back to us are not eligible for refund.

Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases we will ask that you discard any unusable items, and we will ship out a new order in it's place.
Because our items are customized according to your specs, its super important you approve all proofs during the design process. This ensures no issues arise with the products you receive, as they should be exactly what you expect. If something happens where you didn't get what you were expecting, reach out to us, and we will work out how we can make you happy.
If approved for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Orders Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet shipped and you'd like to cancel your order - you absolutely can as long as we have not begun printing your order. If we begin printing your order, we may reserve the right to recoup the cost of materials used.
