Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and not be a custom product.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@deathbystickers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items not sent back to us are not eligible for refund.

Differences in Color, or Printing from Original Artwork
Please view the 'Artwork, Authorization & Ownership' page to see details in the best way to submit your artwork. We will do our ABSOLUTE BEST to color match your product to what we see on the screen - however sometimes it's extremely difficult. Artwork created in the RGB Color profile will almost always have differences in the way it prints onto Commercial CMYK Printing Equipment. Please ensure your artwork is designed for printing, and we will do our best to print it. If you're ultimately  unhappy with what you receive, we will do our absolute best to make it right - but to help us not get to this point, please ensure your artwork is created in the correct color profile to ensure the colors you see on your screen are the way they print. 

Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases we will ask that you discard any unusable items, and we will ship out a new order in it's place. Refunds are not offered in instances of shipping delays. We have no control over how long a package takes to get to you once we ship it. If you have an immediate need for your product, it's best to reach out to us and work with us on getting your items for when you need them, otherwise if your products are delivered within a reasonable amount of time - refunds will not be offered. 

Exchanges
Because our items are customized according to your specs, it’s super important you approve all proofs during the design process. This ensures no issues arise with the products you receive, as they should be exactly what you expect. If something happens where you didn't get what you were expecting, reach out to us, and we will work out how we can make you happy.

Refunds
If approved for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders Not Yet Shipped

A lot of our orders begin production within hours of you placing the order. For any order that has not yet shipped and is within the delivery window you agreed to when placing your order, we reserve the right to deny cancellation and complete the order if your order is already in process - which means artwork has already been setup, or we have begun printing your order. If you still wish to cancel your order after artwork has been setup or printed, there may be a fee associated with the work that's already been completed depending on what resources have already been utilized.
